Thanks guys for a great weekend. I have to say that I was nervous when I first walked into the gym on Saturday morning. But then Aidan explained to me that this was adrenaline and was glad I had admitted to the group that I felt like this, as he wanted us all the harness this and use it when we strike the pads. I felt Aidan's talk about body language and adrenaline reaction was excellent. Both Steve and Aidan handled everything very sensitively.
