"Now with over 44 years of continuous martial arts, an 8th Dan in Karate, former Gt. Britain & England Karate team member and former British Full Contact Champion.
Joint Chief Instructor with Geoff Thompson of the BCA, Britain's foremost Self Defence & Mixed Martial Arts Association, Peter is renowned for his impact development work.
A professional Bodyguard and Police trainer, Peter has taught for some 14 UK Police Forces, as well as for the Home Office, Police National Training and HM Prison Service. Peter is also known for his attitude to hard physical training.

Hard Target Self Defence Systems in association with Krav Maga Ireland- Aidan Carroll ( IKMF) will be hosting a 2 day seminar on November 15th & 16th. This course is suitable for beginners and improvers. These courses are in big demand, and always fill fast. Unfortunately this course is limited to 20 students, so early booking is advised. I had hoped to offer a few more courses this year, but due to a Government contract, this may be the only course available in November.

This course is presented by Aidan Carroll & Tony Somers. This course will run over a 6 month period.

Course Curriculum:
Topics covered will be *Impact development, *line ups (the Fence) *fear control, *pre-emptive strikes, *throws and take-downs, *ground work, *close range power punching, *managing conflict performance under stress, and a range of combat concepts. There will also be a large content of motivation & personal development, plus home-work.

One to One Self Defence Lessons:
We are now offering one to one lessons in self defence. These lessons can be done from home, office or gym. Each lesson lasts 1 hour and costs €50 or alternatively you can book 10 sessions for €450:00.This price is based on gym lessons. Please call us at 087 9742566 for further information.
