If you wish to grade you can work your way through the system at whatever pace suits you.   Week 1: Threat Awareness and understanding body language before conflict Week 2: Pre-emptive striking explained (theory and practical) Week 3: Repeat of week two Week 4: Rape prevention tactics and skills Week 5: Defence against stab/slash to the face and neck area Week 6: Repeat of week four and five Week 7: Defending against the Hay-Maker punch Week 8: Repeat of week four and seven Week 9: Release from rear choke and strangle with rope Week 10: Putting it all together (repeat of weeks 1-9) Early booking is strongly advised. This will allow all our students to advance in a shortened period of time. The Hard Target Systems teaches many aspects of self protection and self defence. Because of our large curriculum, it is important for the students to immerse themselves in one particular discipline, then to achieve proficiency within that discipline before progressing to another. You will also note that there is two different price structures- one for members and one for non-members. Membership fee: The membership fee for one year is €100.00.
