Regular "Reality Based" Self Defence Classes - Dublin & Nationwide.
Hard Target Self Defence Systems was founded in 2006. My objective is to provide a system that can be thought to all ages, fitness levels both male & female. I devised the system from my many years of experience training in martial arts and combatives. My aim was to seek out what really works under pressure. As I say at the start of any class or seminar I teach " I will not teach any technique that I have not successfully used in a live conflict or completely "pressure tested".
We offer regular classes and seminars in reality based self defence & combatives world wide. Our classes are taught to the general public, schools and colleges, government officials, and security personnel . Every technique we teach has been completely pressure tested.
The Hard Target Self Defence curriculum covers a wide range of self defence training. Here is a sample of what is covered on a regular basis -
